Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn or unused, with tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Customer agrees to cover the return shipping cost with the associated restocking fee

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers inspection, processing, and restocking costs.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective
  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval and restocking fee)
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is within 10 business days
  • The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
